DESCRIPTION:
CYLNDR India is looking to hire content writers who have a knack of thinking big. The ideal candidate must have 1-5 years of experience and must be able to think of digital first creative campaign ideas that go beyond one script or copy. In this role, one will work closely will both the Creative Director and the Business Director on existing brands as well as pitches for new brands.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to interpret briefs and develop a deep understanding of their products, target audience, and competitors.
- Work closely with the Creative director and the Business team to ensure creative concepts align with brand objectives and strategic goals.
- Manage deadlines and deliverables, ensuring work is completed to clients’ satisfaction.
- Conceptualize and craft compelling TVCs, DVCs, campaign ideas, concept notes, scripts and calls to action tailored to client requirements. (Digital first)
- Iterate on scripts based on client feedback, striving for excellence at every stage of production.
- Oversee campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards and objectives.
Skills & experience required to Succeed in this role:
- 1-5 years of proven experience in copy writing, with a portfolio showcasing your creativity and strategic thinking.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Fluency in written English and Hindi, with the ability to adapt your writing style to suit diverse audiences.
- A passion for creativity and innovating beyond scripts.
- Exceptional writing craft and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to articulate ideas effortlessly.
- Up-to-date knowledge of AI, tech and internet trends, coupled with the ability to translate these into compelling ideas.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a knack for finding innovative communication solutions.
