DESCRIPTION:
You will be responsible for driving sales as an individual contributor and scale revenue for CYLNDR while working closely with Vice President & Business Head. We are seeking a highly talented Senior Manager Business Developer to play a pivotal role within the CYLNDR team. This individual should have background in quota driven sales with experience in production STUDIO. This key role will drive sales, responding to client request for content, building, and establishing client / procurement relationships. Driving profitable growth is the core objective, so knowledge of the industry with an insatiable curiosity and excitement for market trends is a must.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage go to market initiatives towards selling CYLNDR offerings to Brands and Agencies
- Reach out and engage with Brands and creative agencies, map accounts, crack insightful briefs and inspire creative team members to come up with interesting and engaging ideas
- Lead day to day client engagement and interaction with creative & production teams
- Responsible for monthly / quarterly / annual sales target for the region / set of accounts allocated
- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Bring in brands that want more than templated content
- Translate client chaos into clear, sellable projects
- Work closely with our creative team (yes, they’re dramatic)
- Help CYLNDR grow without turning it into a corporate snoozefest
Skills & experience required to Succeed in this role:
- Successful applicant should be an MBA in Marketing with 8-10 years of experience selling to Brands
- Should have good understanding of content production
- Strong connect with Advertising agencies & Brands
- Track record of handling big ticket projects and ability to close complex deals
- Proven track record of managing all scale of projects with deep client relationship
- Prior experience working for Creative Agencies, Digital Agencies, Broadcast Industry or Large Print publications
- Successful track record of having managed clients, achieving Sales targets and delivering growth in this sector
- Exceptionally strong communication, engagement, presentation skills
